Senior Director, Critical Infrastructure Sourcing and Procurement - Remote

Overview

Cologix is seeking a motivated Senior Director to lead our ongoing initiatives related to the critical infrastructure development of new and existing data centers. The candidate should have strong supply chain and technical procurement skills, analytical and financial acumen, communication capabilities and a hands-on passion to dive-deep into processes used in our data center operations business.

In Short

• Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process for critical infrastructure projects.
• Work closely with engineering, operations, construction and delivery teams.
• Develop and manage procurement strategies for technical components.
• Lead the development of long-term supply agreements.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Lead infrastructure development projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in supply chain management.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, and operational analysis.
• PMP, CSCP, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
• Strong knowledge set around MEP.
• Ability to interpret relevant AHJ codes/regulations.
• Ability to read mechanical one lines or electrical SLD's.
• Proven ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
