Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of IT, with specialized expertise in CRM, Marketing and eCommerce to join our team. The ideal candidate is an experienced and polished leader with exceptional communication skills, highly collaborative, with deep knowledge of Salesforce, and proven experience building highly effective teams.

In Short

• Develop and execute strategic vision for marketing, eCommerce, sales and service initiatives.
• Manage and optimize the Salesforce platform, including multiple clouds.
• Provide leadership across various marketing and eCommerce platforms.
• Plan and manage budgets for staff and software.
• Manage teams with diverse talents and responsibilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with executives and vendors.
• Mentor and develop employees, providing career growth opportunities.
• Produce accurate and timely reporting of project status.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing a technical team.
• 7+ years of Salesforce experience with increasing responsibility.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Excellent organization and follow-through skills.
