Overview

CoLab is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our business development team, where you will help engineering teams engage in meaningful design conversations and drive innovation in the tech industry.

In Short

  • Conduct research to connect with engineering leaders.
  • Engage in compelling conversations to deliver Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Participate in outbound cold-calling and email campaigns.
  • Identify sales opportunities and book meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain activities in SalesLoft and create opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
  • Work independently while collaborating with teammates.
  • Comfortable with technical subject matter.
  • Transition into Account Executive roles.
  • Support revenue and growth goals for the company.
  • Foster professional growth in a supportive environment.

Requirements

  • Confident in calling and speaking with various organizational levels.
  • Experience booking meetings for complex software.
  • Previous experience with a CRM, preferably Salesforce.
  • Passionate about growing the sales funnel.
  • Creative and flexible problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand use cases of a technical product.
  • Team player with an ownership mindset.
  • Self-motivated to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication skills.
