Overview

As a Key Account Executive at CoLab, you will focus on engaging with senior engineering leaders in large enterprises, driving revenue growth by closing high-value deals and identifying expansion opportunities.

In Short

  • Own and execute the sales strategy for top enterprise accounts.
  • Lead and close enterprise deals ranging from $200K to $2M+.
  • Conduct detailed discovery with multiple personas to understand their needs.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on proposals and negotiations with the sales team.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Manage a pipeline of high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate on account expansions and contract renewals.
  • Develop territory and account plans for large enterprises.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Experience selling into large organizations (10,000+ employees).
  • Strong consultative selling and solution-based approach.
  • Ability to manage a growing pipeline of high-value opportunities.
  • Comfortable navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce for pipeline management.
  • Team player with collaborative skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
