CoLab Software is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Customer Success to lead our Customer Success initiatives, ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes while maximizing their value from CoLab’s product & partnership.

In Short

  • Lead Customer Success initiatives and manage a team of technical Customer Success Managers.
  • Focus on onboarding, relationship management, adoption, value, retention, & growth.
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Set measurable KPIs for customer adoption, value, retention, & growth.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Recruit, lead, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Oversee onboarding processes for new customers.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • Analyze customer engagement metrics and develop performance reports.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Ability to develop strategies that drive customer retention and growth.
  • Track record of recruiting and scaling customer success teams.
  • Experience in a high-growth B2B software organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of engineering software or technical environment encouraged.
