• Democratize elite tax strategies to every filer
• Build evaluation suites and rubrics for AI tax scenarios
• Advise and file for 50-100 customers with a 5-star experience
• Create workflow diagrams and test AI capabilities
• Provide feedback for AI reinforcement learning
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams
• Stay updated on IRS and state-level tax law changes

Requirements

• CPA or tax attorney
• At least 3 years of tax preparation and review experience
• Knowledge of relevant tax codes and regulations
• Ability to conduct tax research and evaluate positions
• Clear communication skills in written and verbal forms
