In Short

• Provide primary legal counsel on a variety of legal and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Monitor regulatory developments and manage relationships with authorities.
• Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Advise on intellectual property matters.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements.
• Conduct dispute resolution and prevention.
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings.
• Implement internal policies for compliance.
• Provide legal support during mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience as a legal counsel, preferably in cryptocurrencies or blockchain.
• Bachelor’s of Laws degree and admission to the Bar.
• Ability to learn about blockchain and cryptocurrency regulations.
• Expertise in legal functions such as contracts, regulatory affairs, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of commercial and digital laws.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Analytical and data-driven approach.
• Project management skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Integrity and sound judgment.
