Financial Planning and Analysis Partner - Developer Organization - Remote

Overview

Coinbase is seeking a passionate candidate for the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) role to support the developer organization in building tools and protocols for the crypto ecosystem.

In Short

• Provide monthly budgeting and variance analysis support.
• Work with HR to forecast headcount needs.
• Conduct monthly budget reviews and annual planning exercises.
• Lead deep dives into expense or revenue lines.
• Support month-end close processes and earnings call preparation.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic attitude with a high degree of autonomy.
• Attention to detail and ability to assess outputs.
• Confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
• Strong interest in the crypto economy and Coinbase’s products.
• Strong technical skills in Google Sheets and financial acumen.
• At least 4 years of experience in FP&A or similar finance roles.
