Overview

Coinbase is seeking an exceptional attorney to join our Commercial Legal team, responsible for a variety of commercial transactions and supporting the Base business development and product teams.

Requirements

• Current license in a U.S. state or international jurisdiction with JD or equivalent.
• Four or more years of relevant transactional experience.
• Interest in digital currency and blockchain technology.
• Experience structuring complex transactions.
• Excellent judgment and business pragmatism.

Benefits
