Overview

We are seeking an experienced Complaints Program Manager to oversee the execution of high-priority regulatory compliance Programs within the company’s complaints management function.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in Program management.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
• Strong Program management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Professional certifications in regulatory compliance are advantageous.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA and Salesforce.
• Experience collaborating with external partners.
