Big Data Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Big Data Engineer will lead end-to-end development of high-scale Big Data solutions, working with a team to enhance audience profiles and enable precise targeting through data-driven decision-making.

• Lead end-to-end development, from design to production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Big Data engineering using Spark, Python, Java, and Scala.
• Desire to learn Clojure and adapt quickly to new technologies.
• Strong experience in Pipelines, ETLs, Streaming Systems (Spark, Kafka, EMR, EC2, Airflow).
• Experience working with SQL & NoSQL databases (MongoDB, MySQL, ElasticSearch).
• Proven ability to handle performance optimization and high-scale systems.
• Team player, strong communication skills, and an ego-free approach to collaboration.
• English proficiency from B1+ for effective communication with global teams.
