Requirements

• Pursuing or obtaining a PhD in Machine Learning, NLP, or related fields.
• Eligible for work authorization in the country of employment.
• Experience with distributed training strategies and ML models.
• Familiarity with Python, C, C++, or related languages.
• Knowledge of ML frameworks such as JAX, Pytorch, and Tensorflow.
• Previous experience in machine learning systems is preferred.
• Passion for applied NLP models and products.
• Demonstrated expertise through publications is a plus.
• Ability to analyze complex data is beneficial.
• Proven problem-solving skills using quantitative methods.
