GRC Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a GRC Analyst at Cohere, you will be at the forefront of protecting our Enterprise AI solutions, managing technology and security risks, and supporting compliance initiatives.

In Short

• Assist in the creation, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Cohere’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program.
• Evaluate security measures to ensure alignment with industry standards.
• Support the design and deployment of risk mitigation controls.
• Assist in executing internal audits and control assessments.
• Collaborate with teams to evaluate risks associated with third-party vendors.
• Ensure policies and procedures are updated to reflect GRC practices.
• Identify, assess, track, and report risks to strengthen Risk Management.
• Address questions from stakeholders regarding security programs.
• Stay informed on emerging regulations and best practices.
• Collect, analyze, and present key performance metrics for GRC initiatives.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance roles.
• Experience writing technical policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with frameworks and compliance regulations.
• Understanding of cloud security concepts.
• Scripting experience in Python or PowerShell.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
