• Cohere is looking for an experienced health technology strategist.
• You will lead the process to help prospects develop the strategy and business case for UM transformation.
• Engage with payer executives as a thought partner.
• Develop compelling business cases for complex enterprise software partnerships.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Prepare executive presentations for prospective customers.
• Project manage cross-functional proposal and pricing processes.
• Draft statements of work reflecting client requirements.
• Become an expert on market and technology trends.
• Drive clinical excellence and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; graduate degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Deep experience selling into health insurance plans.
• Understanding of health plan technology systems.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical ability.
• Customer-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and project management.
• Willingness to travel to prospect meetings.
