In Short

• Own the full lifecycle of strategic product initiatives.
• Mentor and develop a team of Product Managers and/or Product Owners.
• Ensure key initiatives are executed on time and aligned with product strategy.
• Drive the entire product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, delivery, and enablement.
• Guide and prioritize initiatives based on business goals and customer feedback.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and meet with customers to validate solutions.
• Translate leadership vision into clear product goals and metrics.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and fellow PMs.
• Create mockups and prototypes to support ideation and design alignment.
• Use product analytics and customer insights to inform product decisions.
