We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer with a front-end specialization who is excited about shaping the future of cloud-based, AI-powered development. At Coder, you will drive the development of our products through core technology advancements, enterprise features, and developer tooling.

In Short

• Collaborate with a talented team to design and develop cloud-based developer environments using TypeScript and React.
• Leverage tools like Vite, Jest, and Storybook to develop and showcase UI components.
• Use MUI/Material-UI and Figma to create user-centric interfaces.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through code reviews and design discussions.
• Be responsible for the overall architecture and tooling around Coder’s frontend.

Requirements

• Currently based in Poland, the UK, or Ireland.
• 8+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
• Highly competent in TypeScript and React.
• Well-structured, performant, and well-tested code.
• Experience in mentoring through code and design reviews.
