• 3+ years of sourcing experience in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Deep knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem.
• Ability to learn basic technical fundamentals of hiring positions.
• Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates.
