Requirements

• At least 6 years of service design experience.
• Direct experience in government services or civic tech.
• Ability to manage complex workstreams.
• Experience mentoring designers.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
• Portfolio showcasing service design work.
• Willingness to travel for research.
• Collaborative team player.
• Passion for improving government services.
• Experience with Medicaid is a bonus.
