• Lead organization-wide technical efforts and strengthen software engineering teams.

• Mentor junior software engineers and contribute to their training.
• Develop technical strategies and guide architecture decisions.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience with an OOP language like Java, Python, or Ruby.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Understanding of computer science and web fundamentals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 8 years developing with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile Software Development model.
• Experience optimizing performance and troubleshooting customer issues.
• Experience with security incidents and handling PII.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-architected code.
• Willingness to mentor and provide technical guidance.
