In Short

• The Associate Director of Financial Analysis helps lead the financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes.
• Significantly contribute to building financial models and trend analyses for annual and mid-year planning.
• Responsible for modeling, creating reports, and handling special projects and requests.
• Support planning and reporting processes, including forecasts and annual budgets.
• Provide oversight for the monthly close process and perform key functions.
• Supervise and support direct reports to ensure their professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic objectives.
• Expected to travel no more than 5% of the time.
• Work remotely across the U.S.
• Full-time position with a collaborative working environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting and financial planning experience.
• Superlative Excel skills and hands-on experience with analysis and modeling.
• Experience with Sage Intacct and nonprofit finance.
• Ability to influence and manage expectations at various levels of the organization.
• Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional team members.
• Experience with Limelight or Adaptive Planning is a bonus.
