Product Manager - CockroachDB Cloud Administration - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager for our CockroachDB Cloud Administration team. This team is responsible for the infrastructure that powers CockroachDB Cloud’s operations, encompassing everything from internal administrative dashboards to billing infrastructure, and AWS, GCP and Azure marketplace integrations.

In Short

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for evolving the billing platform.
• Maintain and optimize AWS, GCP, and Azure marketplace integrations.
• Ensure internal customers have the necessary visibility and transparency via tooling and dashboards.
• Familiarize with the current state of billing infrastructure and marketplace integrations.
• Create Cloud clusters and try out core features to understand the end-to-end experience.
• Prioritize opportunities that exceed customer expectations.
• Partner with the Sales team and meet with customers as required.

Requirements

• Background in billing, customer success, integrations, or consumer-facing products.
• 3-5 years of experience with enterprise or SaaS products, including 3 years as a PM.
• Experience delivering successful customer-facing products or features.
• A collaborative approach and eagerness to partner with other teams.
