Cobalt is seeking a highly analytical, process-driven GTM Operations Manager to drive strategic initiatives, increase operational efficiency, and support scalable growth across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• Experience with territory planning and variable compensation.
• Strong communication and change management skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise with tools like LeanData and Planhat is a plus.
