Implementation Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Consultant at TELUS Health will provide analytical and technical support to clients and plan members while ensuring successful implementation and maintenance of pension administration systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years experience in software implementation for Associate level.
• Minimum 8 years experience for Consultant level.
• Experience in Pension Administration/Benefits/HR/payroll industry.
• Familiarity with Ariel or other pension administration software.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to mentor and coach team members.
• Bilingualism is considered an asset.
• Experience with Excel and Access VBA is a plus.
