Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A Modeling - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A Modeling plays a crucial role in supporting financial planning, analysis, reporting, and decision-making within the Enterprise.

In Short

• Develop and maintain complex financial models and reports.
• Collaborate with FP&A team and Business Partners for budgeting and planning.
• Create financial presentations for the executive team and Board of Directors.
• Support strategic planning and business case analysis.
• Perform month-end/quarter-end accounting processes.
• Prepare and analyze quarterly reporting for management meetings.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Communicate key financial insights clearly.
• Work from home if outside a 60-mile radius of corporate offices.
• Travel to corporate offices periodically.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• Five years of related work experience.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional financial planning processes.
• Master’s degree/MBA, CPA or CFA preferred.
• Experience with Tableau and Alteryx is a plus.
