Overview

Clutch is expanding its design team! We are looking for a Senior Marketing Designer with a sharp eye for branding and marketing collateral — not generalists or concept creatives, but someone who knows how to translate GTM strategy into compelling visual assets that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

In Short

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Design teams.
• Develop and scale a consistent visual language across various assets.
• Lead end-to-end design projects for campaigns and internal communications.
• Own the creation of templates and design systems for marketing use.
• Establish guidelines for brand consistency across all assets.
• Influence how design contributes to storytelling across the customer journey.
• Help elevate the visual standards across Clutch.
• Work in a fully remote team based in the U.S. and Brazil.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in graphic, communication, or marketing design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing marketing campaigns and digital design.
• Expertise in branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion design tools.
• Experience designing for web, email, paid media, and social platforms.
• Familiarity with B2B growth strategies and design-for-performance principles.
• Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Bonus: experience in fintech or mission-driven companies.
