Overview

In this role, you’ll be the hero of someone’s bad day. As the friendly face of Club Assist, you’ll provide professional, supportive roadside assistance to members and customers of local auto clubs on the Sunshine Coast.

In Short

  • Provide diagnostics to vehicles at the roadside.
  • Sell and install batteries as required.
  • Give trusted and helpful mechanical advice to customers.
  • Deliver and promote services efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain financial and administrative records.
  • Work safely, considering health and safety standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness and working order of company vehicles and tools.
  • Be a qualified mechanic with a can-do attitude.
  • Available for weekend or evening work.
  • Committed to upholding Health, Safety and Environment standards.

Requirements

  • Highly trustworthy and reliable.
  • Qualified mechanic with unrestricted QLD Driver’s Licence.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Battery and Auto Electrical or Automotive industry preferred.
  • Reliable, organised, and punctual with attention to detail.
