Overview

As a Customer Delivery Representative, you’ll work behind the scenes to keep our operations running smoothly, efficiently, and safely, handling stock replenishment and deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Deliver stock to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain regular service frequency for the customer base.
• Complete daily safety checks.
• Account for all money and stock movements daily.
• Manage warranty claims as per procedure.
• Ensure compliance with stock management policies.
• Raise relevant documentation for sales or customer visits.
• Work collaboratively in a high-performing team.
• Uphold health, safety, and environment standards.
• Build strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse distribution environment.
• Trustworthy and reliable with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting.
• Current forklift (LF or LO) license.
• Valid minimum MR driver’s license.
• Good computer skills and attention to detail.
• Basic English and writing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Great customer service experience.
