Overview

As a Customer Delivery Representative, you will work behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly, efficiently, and safely, handling stock replenishment and deliveries in the Rockhampton area.

In Short

  • Deliver stock to customers in a timely manner.
  • Maintain regular service frequency to the customer base.
  • Complete daily safety checks.
  • Account for all money and stock movements daily.
  • Manage warranty claims as per procedure.
  • Ensure compliance with stock management policies.
  • Raise relevant documentation for sales or visits.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Build customer relationships.
  • Perform physical duties including lifting heavy items.

Requirements

  • Experience in a warehouse distribution environment.
  • Trustworthy and reliable with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Current forklift (LF or LO) license.
  • Valid minimum MR driver’s license.
  • Good computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to health, safety, and environment standards.
  • Basic English and writing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
