In Short

• Engage with field teams to facilitate the enrollment of third-party clinical practices in EHR integrations.
• Drive new EHR implementations by collaborating with internal stakeholders and building project plans.
• Manage relationships with EHR partners for ongoing integration management.
• Assist in prioritization exercises and resource management for the internal EHR team.
• Develop processes for quick development against multiple EHR environments.
• Write EHR documentation for stakeholders.
• Foster an EHR-first product mentality within the Tech organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Program/Project Manager for engineering or similar technical teams.
• Experience working for an EHR provider or on EHR integrations.
• Knowledge of project management best practices and related tools (Linear, Asana, JIRA, etc.).
• Able to prioritize, multi-task, and handle competing deadlines.
• Flexible hours to collaborate with engineers in various time zones.
