Technical Program Manager, Incident Operations - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to support and scale our incidents program globally, partnering with technical and non-technical teams to build strong foundations and processes for incident response.

In Short

• Enable the continued growth of Anthropic’s incident program
• Act as an on-call incident commander
• Ensure internal and external communications during incidents
• Collaborate with teams to manage policies and procedures
• Foster a culture of blameless learning from incidents
• Support incident reviews and identify critical remediations
• Participate in regular on-call responsibilities
• Implement efficient processes and policies
• Work independently in fast-paced environments
• Navigate complex situations with a focus on customer experience

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an incident manager in a technology company
• Comfortable with on-call responsibilities
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills with technical stakeholders
• Experience in high-growth environments
• Passion for customer experience
• Experience building centralized incident management functions (preferred)
