Join the Sales team at Spotify as a Technical Operations Manager for LatAm, where you will be responsible for diagnosing and triaging issues for advertising campaigns, ensuring proper delivery and performance throughout the campaign lifecycle.

In Short

• Serve as a subject-matter expert for Spotify Ad Sales systems.
• Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to resolve campaign issues.
• Manage major campaign tracking and delivery bugs.
• Advocate for system improvements and maintain a backlog of bugs.
• Own expertise on third-party vendor capabilities.
• Participate in client calls and guide updates and resolutions.
• Oversee escalated billing issues managed by the offshore team.
• Contribute to best practice guidelines and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
• 5+ years of experience in ad operations or campaign management.
• Strong digital ad media experience.
• Experience with Google Ad Manager or similar ad servers.
• Experience managing bug tickets and escalations.
• Understanding of digital media and programmatic mediums.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent skills in Google and Microsoft products.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
