In Short

• Lead development teams integrating Aledade’s data-driven insights into EHRs.
• Collaborate with engineering, business, and clinical leadership.
• Craft product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Develop a deep understanding of user requirements and perform solution design.
• Write detailed product documentation capturing business rationale and success criteria.
• Use data to guide product development and understand user needs.
• Manage product roadmaps to deliver maximum value with minimum risk.
• Work with a wide range of stakeholders across various teams.
• 5+ years of product management experience required.
• Experience in healthcare environments and enterprise software is preferred.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in technology or SaaS.
• Experience with EHRs and healthcare environments.
• Ability to develop product strategies and communicate effectively.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of EHRs and enterprise networks.
• Experience managing products from concept to launch.
• Comfort managing stakeholders up to the executive level.
