Overview

As an Implementation Manager for Application Security and Performance at Cloudflare, you will be responsible for the technical execution of solutions and guidance to our customers to maximize their Cloudflare investment.

In Short

• Plan and deliver services for customers to ensure they see the full value in Cloudflare’s products.
• Gather business and technical requirements to build and deliver solutions.
• Implement changes in the Cloudflare environment following customer processes.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and collaborate with support and engineering teams.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and operational asset building.
• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles.
• Deep understanding of Internet and Security technologies.
• Experience with scripting languages and infrastructure as code tools.
• Ability to manage projects and work to deadlines.
• Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong advantage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing position.
• Understanding of OSI model layers and protocols.
• Experience with Internet and Security technologies.
• Proficiency in a scripting language.
• Experience with security aspects of internet properties.
• Knowledge of performance aspects of internet properties.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools.
• Project management skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong advantage.
