Field CISO, LATAM - Remote

Overview

The Cloudflare Field CISO will have expertise in Cloud technologies and cloud-native computing trends as well as enterprise computing, security, and networking technologies. The person in this role will possess a passion for helping people and communities connect to our platform and achieve their short- and long-term technology goals. The ideal candidate will enjoy educating and influencing broad audiences about new technologies and their benefits and will deliver outstanding content, technical expertise and support in a variety of formats.

In Short

• Work directly with customers and prospects to deliver executive level demonstrations.
• Develop and implement a technology-informed go-to-market strategy for the region.
• Define and simplify the Cloudflare offering to key market segments.
• Build an awareness of key market conditions and the competitive landscape.
• Engage with strategic accounts by building strong relationships with senior leaders.
• Drive and contribute to key business activities including Business Reviews and Pipeline generation.
• Work within the Cloudflare Regional Leadership team to formulate tactical and long-term strategic plans.
• Be a company technical voice working with solution engineering.
• Be willing to work remotely as required and travel regularly (at least 30%).
• Represent the organization at key industry events.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT, Cyber Security, Consultancy, Service Provider, or Telecommunications.
• Strong existing executive customer, partner, and industry relationships.
• Experience in shaping and translating a technology-enabled vision into successful business outcomes.
• Solid experience managing cloud-based models including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
• Experience with Web-Scale organizations or Large Service Providers.
• Strong background in Cyber Security and IT Risk Governance.
• Experience in public speaking and presenting at industry events.
• Proven ability to build and manage high performing technical teams.
• Advanced technological skillset with a demonstrated history in technology.
• Proven ability to articulate a clear vision for change.
