Manager of Client Concierge Services - Remote

Overview

The Manager – Client Concierge Services leads a hybrid team of local and global Concierge Specialists who provide premium service to clients throughout the creative development process for Valpak’s Blue Envelope and Clipp Magazine. This role ensures clients receive expert support in submitting creative assets and developing compelling offers, while also serving as a key liaison between Sales, the Art team, and internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional experience from concept to execution.

• Lead and mentor a team of Concierge Specialists.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and monitor team performance.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives on client expectations and campaign timing.
• Oversee the intake and quality of client-submitted art assets.
• Manage team KPIs and deliver performance reporting to leadership.
• Gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Advocate for enhancements that support clients and the Sales team.
• Foster a culture of accountability and service.
• Coordinate with the Art team for smooth creative production.
• Identify risks to deadlines and adjust resources as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client services or creative operations.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• Experience managing remote or global teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting a Sales organization preferred.
• Familiarity with creative workflows a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
