Overview

The Client Services Manager at Avalere Health is responsible for leading the client services team and ensuring effective communication between clients and team members to meet campaign objectives.

• Primary contact between clients and the client services team
• Builds relationships with key opinion leaders
• Ensures client brand strategy is communicated effectively
• Manages day-to-day client service operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent
• 7+ years of client services experience in a high-volume advertising agency
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Advanced PC skills, especially in MS Office Suite
