In Short

  • Full-time permanent position, working remotely or in our Charleston office.
  • Opportunity to lead the product support function in the US.
  • Support K-12 district partners with technical onboarding and integration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical setup issues with a customer-first mindset.
  • Document interactions and maintain an accurate database of customer cases.
  • Run daily live Zoom programs for customers and provide post-program support.
  • Manage data related to program registrations and updates.
  • Collaborate with district technology teams to align implementations with goals.
  • Experience onboarding and implementing SSO services is a plus.
  • Access to professional development opportunities and supportive work culture.

Requirements

  • Genuine love for customer service and technology.
  • Ability to follow processes while using initiative to solve problems.
  • Experience with SaaS products and K-12 instructional technology is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms used in education.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a nice-to-have.
