Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist at ClickUp, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries related to technical features of the platform, ensuring users achieve their goals, and escalating issues to engineers when necessary.

In Short

  • Provide exceptional technical support on the ClickUp platform.
  • Perform extensive troubleshooting and testing for our customer base.
  • Drive product change through detailed bug and enhancement reports.
  • Contribute to support documentation and internal communication.
  • Own the customer experience with minimal effort.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to find solutions.
  • Interact with clients primarily via cases and email.
  • Work closely with Engineering to resolve product issues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of troubleshooting experience in a Technical Support role.
  • Knowledge of REST API and troubleshooting calls.
  • Experience with Chrome DevTools.
  • Able to identify frontend and backend defects.
  • Skilled at explaining technical problems to developers and customers.
  • Curious and analytical learner.
  • Able to work independently and prioritize workload.
  • Amazing written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and adaptable.
