In Short

  • Deliver outstanding customer experience for school district and application partners.
  • Engage with customers through email and phone.
  • Expand knowledge of the EdTech industry and Clever’s product.
  • Tackle technical challenges creatively.
  • Manage and prioritize customer support requests.
  • Communicate with District Administrators to resolve issues.
  • Utilize analytical skills to troubleshoot system features.
  • Contribute to product documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members.
  • Participate in a robust onboarding and ongoing development program.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer-facing positions.
  • Passion for solving technical problems.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Technical prowess and quick learning ability.

  • Interest in education and Clever’s mission.
  • Bonus: Experience with data imports, SSO, K-12 schools, and industry tools.
  • Ability to work during specified shifts.
