People Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

The People Operations Specialist at Clever Real Estate will support both Recruitment and People Operations, enhancing the employee experience and ensuring compliance with multi-state labor laws.

• Support recruitment processes and manage job postings.
• Conduct and coordinate interviews and manage candidate experiences.
• Plan team offsites and organize employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with multi-state labor laws and HR policies.
• Maintain and update HRIS and employee handbook.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and manage benefits.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends for decision-making.
• Track employee milestones and survey data for engagement improvements.
• Work closely with leadership to shape employee experience.
• Foster a diverse talent pipeline through proactive sourcing.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Talent Acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) is a plus.
• Experience with multi-state HR compliance is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
