  • Manage the sales process from outreach through close.
  • Build trusted relationships with decision-makers.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to deliver great client outcomes.
  • 3–5+ years of proven success as a full-cycle Account Executive.
  • Competitive salary + simple, transparent commission plan with high rewards for top performers.
  • Fully remote with two company-paid offsites per year.
  • Unlimited PTO.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of proven success as a full-cycle Account Executive.
  • Comfortable with cold outbound prospecting.
  • Coachable, curious, and growth-minded.
  • Flexible and adaptable; excited by change and fast growth.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Experience with AI tools.
  • Experience in consultative selling or selling SaaS solutions into the AEC industry is a huge plus.
