Overview

The Associate Vice President of Talent Acquisition serves Clarvida’s mission as the executive leader for the Talent Acquisition function, developing and managing the organization's workforce strategy and ensuring quality-of-hire across Clarvida’s national footprint.

In Short

• Develops and implements a multi-year TA roadmap.
• Leads and designs the evolution of Talent Acquisition.
• Implements improvements across the candidate journey.
• Establishes and upholds organizational KPIs.
• Ensures collaboration across functions with equitable selection standards.
• Supports workforce planning in partnership with Finance and People leadership.
• Utilizes data analytics for insights and budget stewardship.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in a TA leadership role.
• Experience in building TA Function at scale.
• Effective analytical, business, strategic, and financial acumen.
• Proven change leadership in HCM/ATS transformations.
