In Short

• Seeking a fully licensed (LCSW/LCPC/LMFT) Intake Clinician.
• Manage the intake process for Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
• Ensure seamless transition for patients from inquiry to admission.
• Work in a hybrid model: 3 days in-person, 2 days remote.
• Location: Arlington Heights Clinic.
• Compensation: $70-75k plus incentives.
• Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments.
• Verify patient insurance coverage.
• Collaborate with clinical staff for treatment planning.

Requirements

• Fully licensed to practice in Illinois (LCSW/LCPC/LMFT/PsyD).
• Experience in group, family, and individual therapy.
• Experience as an Intake Clinician preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and IOP/PHP coverage.
• Experience with diverse populations and diagnoses.
