In Short

• Seeking Program Therapists for Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).
• Prioritize patient care and strive for clinical excellence.
• Conduct patient assessments to determine mental health needs.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services.
• Document necessary information in EMR/EHR platform.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure quality client care.
• Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
• Offer psychoeducation to clients and families.
• Full-time shift: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm (with one hour break).
• In-person work with the opportunity for virtual/hybrid work based on program requirements.

Requirements

• Masters in Clinical Counseling / Masters in Social Work or Illinois state licensures (LSW/LPC/AMFT/LCSW/LCPC/LMFT or PsyD).
• Experience in group, family, and individual therapy.
• Experience working with various populations and diagnoses, including co-occurring disorders.
