The HRIS Manager will oversee HRIS projects and initiatives, manage a team of HRIS analysts, and ensure efficient HRIS operations using technologies like Workday, Sharepoint, and ServiceNow.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Experience with Workday HCM, ServiceNow ITSM, and Sharepoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HRIS.
• Preferred experience in a global manufacturing organization.
• 1-2 years of experience supervising a technical workforce.
