Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager for LATAM will focus on bringing great talent into Clarios by managing the recruitment process and overseeing a team of internal recruiters and external vendors.

Requirements

• Knowledge of hiring best practices and legal requirements.
• Experience with RPO firms is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in both languages.
• Ability to travel up to 20% internationally.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment marketing.
