Senior Software Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Build and maintain scalable student-centered web applications.
• Develop new features and maintain all Civitas products.
• Collaborate with multiple products and engineering teams to solve customer problems.
• Improve existing products to meet customer needs.
• Lead other talented engineers in software engineering design and best practices.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience designing, building, and debugging multi-tenant RESTful services.
• Experience with modern web application design and development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript/React.
• Strong SQL skills with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, etc.).
• Experience with Java, C#, or PHP.
• Intermediate English reading skills.
