Requirements

  • 3+ years of SDR experience with 2+ years leading an enterprise SDR team.
  • Proven track record of managing outbound pipeline for $100K+ ACV deals.
  • Understanding of public sector buying cycles and RFP processes.
  • Strong data management and operational discipline.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with account-based strategies and campaign triggers.
