Overview

The Senior Product Operations Manager enables Product and Technology teams to operate reliably and consistently at scale by executing established Product Operations and incident response practices.

In Short

• Lead coordination of critical incidents across Product and Technology.
• Manage end-to-end incident workflows from intake through resolution.
• Facilitate post-incident reviews and root cause analyses.
• Serve as the central operational point during high-priority incidents.
• Maintain and improve incident response processes and documentation.
• Partner with various teams to strengthen operational resilience.
• Participate in on-call incident response coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Operations, or Technology.
• 5–8+ years of experience in product operations or closely related role.
• Proven experience in cross-functional SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating incident response.
• Experience operating in agile delivery environments.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.
