Overview

As a Senior Product Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing strong connections between our product and user-facing teams. You will lead the development of new features, improve existing features, and shape the product processes from scratch.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations or related roles.
• Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Proficiency in data analysis and extracting meaningful insights.
• Ability to empathize with user problems and needs.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Problem-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• General technical knowledge of software development processes.
• Proficiency with BI tools (SQL, Looker, Snowflake, Datadog, Excel/Sheets).
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, product-driven tech company.
